Finance Specialist
XI. kerületi partnerünkhöz keresünk, középfokú angol nyelvtudással rendelkező Finance Specialist munkatársat, teljes munkaidőbe.
Feladatok
- Participation in month end closure activities in cooperation with SSC
- Participation in tax return preparation and submission in cooperation with SSC
- Participation in preparation and submission of statistical reports to Statistical Office and National Bank in cooperation with SSC
- Providing administration support for procurement activities (managing POs, coordinating invoice approval process).
- Vendor master data maintenance
- Coordinating monthly employee expense report closing process
- Initiating payments and manage them in cooperation with SSC
- Participation in statutory Financial Statement preparation process in cooperation with SSC, and supporting year end audit process
- Supporting tax audits and internal audits
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations and also with company policies
- Work closely together with Finance Manager and Business Analysts in local finance
Feltételek
- College / University degree in Finance, Finance Management or equivalent
- Intermediate and active English knowledge
- Minimum 1 year (internship including) experience in Finance field
- Experience with SAP is an advantage
